Overview
This course is ideal for students who want to follow a broad business and management program rather than specialize in one particular business area. It also caters for students who wish to complete a general business program in three years without a placement element. The course will provide you with a broad, deep and integrated understanding of the main business functions within a modern, international context. Student will study a broad range of business areas, including finance, marketing, human resources management and operations management. You will examine the trends in the international business environment and look at strategic management issues. Assessment Modules are typically assessed by individual assessment. Assessment involves investigative assignments, presentations and action research activities. The main objective of the assessment of the course will be to meet the assessment criteria detailed within each unit. Entry Requirements Learners must fulfil the following criteria to gain admission to EUAAB programme: - Learners should ideally have a Level 5 qualification or equivalent. Applicants applying from outside of the EU must demonstrate the evidence of the equivalence of the qualification to a EU degree; ‘Equivalence’ to be calculated through National Recognition Information Center. |

This course is ideal for students who are graduate, young nurse and/or health industry employee and are interested in acquiring the necessary managerial and organisational skills to expand career prospects within the Healthcare industry. EUAAB Level 6 Integrated Graduate Diploma in Healthcare Management (IGDHM) has been designed to provide practising or potential senior management with a solid foundation for their formal development in this role. It will help graduates, nurses and/or health industry professionals in acquiring the necessary skills to expand their career prospects within the health industry. The core content of this qualification is for those entering a strategic level of management. With a key emphasis on making that progression from an undergraduate to a graduate mentality, including an understanding of the research skills and personal development expected of a senior manager. Overview
This course develops an understanding of the global business environment in which airlines and airports operate through the study of economics, human resource, marketing and finance. Integral to this course is the development of decision-making skills from the operational to the international strategic levels. Transferable skills that are necessary for a career in international business management are developed through engagement with real life and virtual business issues, enabling the study of key aspects of management and leadership. Additionally, due to the nature of the course, the learning environment mirrors that of an international organisation where students are encouraged to learn with and from each other about their different backgrounds, cultures and perspectives. The underlying philosophy of the course is to provide an education experience that gives student a sound academic base in the core disciplines of business management, with a particular focus on the international business environment. As a multi-disciplinary course of study, it is designed to demonstrate coherence and progression within the different business management disciplines.
