Admission Criteria
Learners will need to be over the age of 19, and must demonstrate one of the following:
Bachelor Degree (or equivalent)
OR
Level 6 qualification (or equivalent overseas qualification)
OR
Mature applicant with A level (or equivalent) and work experience
AND
English requirements:
If the learner is not from a majority English-speaking country, they must provide evidence of English language competency at a minimum of CEFR (The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) level C1 from a recognised English test provider or IELTS level 7.0-8.0 in each components.

What units are covered
EUAAB Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) focuses on 3 core areas - Management, Finance & HRM and Research. It consists of 5 mandatory units, each containing 20 credits and 2 optional units, each containing 10 credits to be delivered generally over 1 academic year.
Strategic Leadership and Management (20 credits)

GLOBAL MARKET DYNAMICS (20 CREDITS)

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT FOR LEADERS (20 CREDITS)
This module focuses on financial management tailored for leaders. Covering financial analysis, interpretation, budgeting, and cost management, it equips participants with strategic financial planning skills. The module emphasises performance measurement and guides leaders in making informed financial decisions to drive organisational success. With a practical orientation, it enhances financial acumen for effective leadership.
LEADERSHIP ETHICS AND CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (20 CREDITS)
In this module, participants delve into the intersection of leadership ethics and corporate social responsibility. The curriculum covers ethical decision-making in a leadership context and explores sustainable business practices. Emphasising the importance of responsible leadership, the module equips individuals to integrate ethical considerations into their strategic leadership roles, fostering socially responsible business practices.
How it is delivered
The programme will typically be delivered as a 1 year full time study or a total of 42 weeks (including assignment submission weeks). An academic year is divided into six learning blocks with 7 weeks duration each. There will be three (3) contact days per week or a total of twenty one (21) contact hours per week; and thirteen (13) hours of self‐directed learning per week.
How it is assessed
All units will be internally assessed by the delivering institute. Learner will need to show that they meet each of the assessment criteria detailed within each unit, to the required standard for the level of the unit.
Certificates are awarded a Pass, Merit or Distinction grade following assessment of the candidate’s portfolio of work. Grade Scheme:
